Return Policy

We're committed to providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a customer-friendly return policy to ensure your peace of mind

Return Policy:

  • Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, both for online and in-store purchases.
  • Item Conditions: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and free of any damage or signs of wear and tear. 
  • Proof of Purchase: We can accept any proof of purchase generated from our store's point of sale system. This includes paper receipts and employee retrieved receipts from house accounts or “True Value Rewards” accounts.
  • Refund Method: We issue refunds in the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the same card, while cash purchases may be refunded in cash or via store credit at the store's discretion.

Exceptions:

All Sales are Final on products that have been cut (Pipe, Rope, Chain, Cable, Tubing, Hose, Fuel Line) Custom Tinted Paint, Hunting and Fishing Licenses and Clearance Items.

If one of our products manufactured by the “True Value Company” fail within the warranty period bring it back to our store and we will gladly exchange it for a new one or use the credit toward another product. True Value manufactures brands such as Green Thumb, Master Mechanic, Master Plumber, Master Tradesman, Master Electrician, and True Value Manufacturing.

Warranty on defective products varies by brand, if you have a product from another manufacturer purchased in our store contact us for warranty information. Some manufacturers let us handle warranty claims and others require you to contact them directly.
